Quick answer: A Ford EcoSport key cover is a TPU protective shell for the EcoSport's remote or smart key, priced roughly ₹350–₹900 in India.
Why EcoSport Owners Cover Their Key
Even though Ford has scaled back its India presence, many EcoSport owners still drive their vehicles daily and want to protect an increasingly hard-to-replace key fob.
Material Options
- TPU: Affordable and shock-absorbent, the most common choice.
- Leather: Where available, offers a premium grip and finish.
Fit Notes
Confirm your EcoSport's exact key generation and button layout against listing photos before ordering, since Ford updated key designs across model years.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it still easy to find EcoSport key covers in India?
Yes — specialty retailers like Carloginn continue to stock covers for discontinued Ford models, since many EcoSports remain on the road.
Should I prioritize a cover more since Ford exited India?
Yes — with official parts potentially harder to source over time, protecting your existing key fob from damage becomes more valuable.
Will a cover work with both remote and smart key EcoSport variants?
No — remote and smart key shapes differ, so match the cover to your specific key type.
